Technical QA PM

The Role

We're hiring a
Technical QA PM
to be the
single owner of product quality
across web + mobile. You'll continuously test the platform, catch regressions, validate data accuracy, pressure-test user flows, and translate issues into
clear, engineer-ready tickets
. You'll run QA like a product discipline — with systems, prioritization, and accountability.

This role is for someone who is both
hands-on QA
and
PM-strong
: you don't just find bugs — you drive them to resolution and keep the team shipping stable, fast, and user-friendly.

What You'll Own

Quality + QA Operations

• Own
  daily QA
  across all critical user flows (auth, onboarding, wallet, deposits, streaming, chat/voice, gifting, profile, discovery, etc.)
• Build and maintain
  test plans
  , regression suites, and release checklists
• Validate
  data correctness
  (balances, transactions, permissions, state sync, UI consistency...
