Technical Proposal Engineer
Responsabilities:
Draft tailored service proposals (repairs, overhauls, retrofits) by aligning technical specifications with customer requirements. Act as a central hub to coordinate and bridge communication gaps between Sales, Technical Support, and Field Service teams. Identify and convert field technical insights, warranty issues, and service letters into billable commercial opportunities. Systematically collect and manage service-related data and WinGD service numbers to improve traceability and strategy Drive the development of unified technical-commercial processes and foster a collaborative culture that bridges the gap between departments.
