The Technical Proposal Coordinator ensures timely, compliant, and high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and similar solicitations. You'll be the sales (presales/post sales) operational backbone for proposal development—owning governance, schedules, version control, compliance checks and cross-functional coordination so Sales and Solutions teams can deliver compelling technical responses under tight deadlines. This role focuses on execution, quality assurance and reusable content management rather than direct selling.
