Primary Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end systems analysis and solution design, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution architecture for new and existing client systems.
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
