Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Manage end-to-end delivery of pipeline inspection projects, including pre-inspection engineering, execution, and post-inspection deliverables.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower plans, and cost control tools.
Coordinate pipeline readiness activities such as cleaning, gauging, caliper runs, and tool selection.
Ensure inspection scope aligns with client specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards (API, ASME, DNV, NACE).
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close-out sessions.
Manage client expectations, variations, claims, and change orders.
Prepare and present project progress reports, schedules, and cost updates.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with pipeline engineers, data analysts, field supervisors, and tool vendors.
