Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to champion process excellence and lead delivery for our high-volume, transaction-driven platform. In this role, you will serve as the Scrum Master for an Agile team, balancing technical project oversight with hands-on backlog management. You will be the glue between business goals and engineering execution, ensuring our systems—built on Go, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, React, and Vue—remain scalable and reliable. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between the Product Owner and the engineering team.

What you will do:

• Agile Leadership & Scrum Mastery: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous process improvement to ensure team velocity and health.
