Technical Project Manager

Role Purpose: We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager who is also a Software Engineer to lead the delivery of different projects including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP customization and new module development along with AI agents sitting on each module to learn the function of that particular module and then support the end user. This role owns both:

• Project delivery management (planning, execution, governance, reporting), and
• Configuration and administration of the delivery toolchain centered on Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) integrated with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive.

Reporting To: Project Director
