Key Responsibilities
Program & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the program owner and SPOC for the client across the entire engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and seniorclient stakeholders.
- Own program governance, delivery reporting, and escalation management.
- Ensure continuous alignment between client priorities and offshore execution teams.
- Lead monthly and quarterly steering committee meetings, preparing executive-level metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives .
- Ensure consistent adherence to agile processes across multiple pods and teams.
- Track sprint velocity, backlog health, and delivery commitments.
