Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
