Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to own execution and keep multiple engineering squads moving. You’ll translate high-level product goals into clear technical tickets, manage backlogs, and run agile ceremonies to ensure fast, unblocker-free delivery.

Responsibilities

• Convert strategic goals into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage backlogs for multiple squads and track dependencies
• Run daily standups, sprint planning, and delivery execution
• Own requirements for system integrations (e.g., Calendly/HubSpot logic)

Qualifications

• Technical background (former developer or CS degree preferred)
• Strong understanding of APIs and database relationships
• Highly execution-focused with a bias for speed and delivery
