Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects in a Scrum or Agile environment, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams by managing scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and aligned with business goals
- Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Balance delivery commitments, scope, and business value through informed prioritization and trade-offs
- Provide clear delivery status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
