Job Description
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of fintech initiatives, acting as both a Scrum Master for agile teams and a Project Manager for cross-functional, multi-stream programs. This role ensures predictable delivery, team effectiveness, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to regulatory and security standards common in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Scrum Mastery
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Coach squads on Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models suited for fintech and platform teams.
- Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality increments consistently.
- Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability).
