Job Description

  • Monitoring of Helpdesk activities (closure/repaired units/SU issuance).
  • Monitoring of Preventive Maintenance activities.
  • Monitoring of Clearance activities for tablets and PCs.
  • Monitoring of Resigned employees and reallocation of units.
  • Monitoring/updating of Inventory Movement - Monitoring of re-assignments of equipment
  • Monitoring of Issued SU and retained units to Users.
  • Monitoring of New Hires.
  • Monitoring of Tablet Movement and issuance.
  • Monitoring of Junk Units (Inventory/Activities).
  • Coordination with all the people involve.
  • Updating of reports submitted by engineers/follow-up.
  • Others duties to be assigned with regards to the project by the manager.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent with technical support experience. Strong technical troubleshooting ability.
  • Proficient in MS Offices and Google WorkSpace...
