We're working with Wonderfield on this exciting opportunity. This role is ideal for a proactive IT Project Manager to lead critical system implementations and upgrades across their growing food service operations. You'll drive impactful changes and work with diverse teams.
The Role
• Lead crucial IT projects, including the replacement of EPOS systems across 38 restaurants
• Manage major CRM and loyalty initiatives, impacting operations across the EU
• Coordinate closely with senior stakeholders in Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure strong project governance, reporting, and budget control
• Facilitate working groups and project forums, gathering and analyzing requirements
