Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and release readiness across engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain execution dashboards, tracking velocity and delivery health.
• Enforce Jira process discipline and implement reporting automation.
• Ensure consistent sprint execution and delivery alignment across Tech, QA, and Product.
• Standardize Jira practices, sprint cadence, and release tracking across teams.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to resolve execution dependencies and blockers.
• Align delivery timelines with product and business roadmaps.
• Act as a strategic partner to Engineering and Product leadership.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Define and monitor engineering performance KPIs (e.g., PR cycle time, sprint velocity, blocker aging).
