Job Description
We're hiring a Technical Project Manager who operates like a Product Manager. We need someone who understands software, challenges assumptions, and drives execution from idea to release.
You will work directly with the Head of Strategy, executing on their ideas and keeping initiatives on track. You'll sit between business and engineering, turning high-level direction into clear technical plans and ensuring what ships actually makes sense.
This is a part-time role.
What You'll Own:
Translate strategic objectives into structured technical requirements
Break down initiatives into clear, actionable tasks
Run 2-week sprints and ensure delivery stays on track
Write strong user stories and acceptance criteria
Identify edge cases early
QA features before release
Push back on vague ideas and scope creep
Flag risks early and propose solutions
Help set up tracking, link structures, and offer rotations for campaigns
