Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, detail-driven Project Manager to help run web and digital projects end-to-end. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, clarity, and delivery — not just status updates.
The workload is currently ~4 hours per day, and you'll be working alongside a secondary PM, so coverage and collaboration are already in place. The setup is streamlined and manageable.
What you'll be doing
Managing multiple web projects from kickoff to delivery
Running day-to-day execution in ClickUp and Slack
Collaborating with another PM to balance workload and coverage
Liaising with developers and designers to unblock work and keep timelines on track
QA'ing deliverables to ensure they meet the brief and a high standard
Reviewing briefs, identifying gaps, and writing clear task definitions when needed
Flagging risks early and proposing practical solutions
Keeping communication clear, timely, and professional
