Overview
In this role you'll be contributing your knowledge and ideas to help our client's Professional Services team with implementation projects of their family of products. You will be responsible for overseeing/managing the end-to-end delivery to clients, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid position in Alpharetta – 3 days per week onsite – and will report to the Director of Professional Services.
