Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager – IT Services, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT service projects on time and within budget. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams (development, QA, design), and external stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through deployment and support.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
