Description

  • Create solution architecture for project engagements with clients.
  • Provides technical direction to the team in design & development.
  • Responsible for team’s work for technical accuracy
  • Responsible for Engineering discipline design reviews preparation and Interface with the customer
  • Responsible and coordinate between HW/SW/SYS/LAB/QA/Mechanical teams to synchronize the deliverables and status reporting.
  • Proposal preparations & work with sales for account mining and growth
  • Accountable for revenue, P&L(Margin), utilization, attrition, trainings etc.

    • Required qualification and Skill

  • Qualification - bachelor’s degree in E&CE and M.E / MTech is a plus.
  • 8-12 years of Industry experience with experience in Hardware/Electronics Design, Development and Verification activities
  • Experience in Automotive Hardware products such as ECU, BMS, Telematics, ...
