As the Technical Programme Manager for Digitalisation, your core responsibilities will be:

• Strategic Alignment & Roadmap Integration: You will maintain a unified, single source of truth view of all technical transformation activity. This involves aligning engineering roadmaps with the broader operational vision, managing benefit phasing, and leading post-implementation reviews to ensure we’ve hit the mark.
• Technical Risk & Dependency Management: You’ll navigate the intricate web of interdependencies across infrastructure, security, data, and engineering teams.
