Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and improve our supply chain partner integrations. This role involves onboarding new partners, managing integration testing, and ensuring the health and reliability of vendor integrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new supply chain partners (OEMs, ODMs, Rack Integrators, VMIs) onto
  • Build and implement EDI and ERP integrations for new vendors.
  • Manage partner-side integration testing.
  • Drive go-live for new feed types.
  • Develop repeatable onboarding playbooks.
  • Conduct partner technical enablement sessions.
  • Own health, reliability, and continuous improvement of all active vendor integrations.
  • Manage feed health across Inventory, Manufacturing, Shipments, and Assets domains.
  • Resolve data quality issues and maintain SLA compliance.
