• Enablement & Education: Lead the development of actionable playbooks, tutorials, and technical guides to create a scalable, self‑service onboarding experience.
• Advocacy & Feedback: Systematize user Listening Tours into a continuous feedback loop, acting as the voice of the user to the product team and mediating technical disputes.
• Evangelism & Community: Proactively drive platform adoption through technical workshops, office hours, and the establishment of a peer‑to‑peer support community.
• Operational Agility: Streamline the multi‑stage launch lifecycle, including standardizing sign‑offs from Legal and Privacy to achieve sub‑one‑week campaign rollouts.
