We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead customer-facing, post-sales implementations of a real B2B SaaS product.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of customers, engineering, and delivery , and enjoys owning implementations end to end (typically 8–12 weeks ).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead B2B SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements and define scope
  • Coordinate and delegate work across multi-resource engineering teams
  • Drive program execution, solve complex technical problems, and improve processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in TPM, program/project management, or engineering
