+ + Lead program planning for RF/Electrical hardware for space programs
+ Partner with engineering and design departments to drive smooth integration of tasks, focusing on customer requirements

+ Identify and manage technical program risks
+ Develop and maintain program schedule

+ Plan, prioritize coordinate Program Management functions from inception through completion
