Technical Program Manager, Supplier Quality & Manufacturing Readiness

Job description

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Technical Program Manager, Supplier Quality & Manufacturing Readiness to help scale its supply chain and prepare suppliers for production.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Technical Program Manager of Quality and Reliability and a supplier quality team of 40+ people, leading initiatives that mature quality systems, track supplier readiness, and ensure suppliers meet critical build and launch milestones.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead without authority, influencing cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes on tight timelines.

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll:

Support supplier readiness and production scaling efforts across the supply chain.

Partner with the Senior TPM and supplier quality team on strategic and day-to-day quality initiatives.
