Technical Program Manager

SALT is looking to hire a Program Manager to lead the AI transformation work across the APAC Policy team. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI solutions to drive productivity, enhance decision‑making processes, and enable our teams to focus on high‑priority work.

What you’ll do :

• Drive end-to-end formation of AI-powered tools and workflows for APAC Policy teams, from requirements gathering through launch and adoption
• Own program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve blockers
• Translate non-technical team needs into clear technical specifications and product requirements
• Coordinate across global AI4P engineering, product, and regional policy stakeholders
• Prototype, build, and iterate on AI workflows and integrations
• Create, review, and land diffs to build out new features, fix bugs.
