Technical Program Manager Senior

Summary:
The Senior Manager of Program Management is a functional and technical leader responsible for developing a team of program managers while driving strategic initiatives and product development aligned with the company’s vision. The role oversees agile, cross‐functional teams—including Systems and Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Operations, and others—from initial concept through deployment. This position ensures achievement of complex program goals across performance, quality, security compliance, cost, schedule, and development budget.

The manager collaborates with Product Management, Marketing, and Experience Designers to define products, solidify business cases, and author product and experience specifications.
