Role Overview
Lead complex, cross-functional Point of Sale (POS) programs across store systems and omnichannel touchpoints. Drive alignment, execution, and on-time delivery of POS initiatives supporting in-store and omnichannel retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Own large, multi-stream POS programs including store POS applications, peripherals, store networking, and integrations with enterprise systems
* Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Store Operations, Architecture, Security, and external vendors
* Drive program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics for POS initiatives
* Support roadmap, release, and backlog planning for POS platforms and store rollouts
* Manage store rollout readiness, pilot execution, cutover planning, and post-deployment validation
* Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and store operational requirements
