Technical Program Manager

CMK Resources is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead execution of a large-scale infrastructure stability and resiliency initiative within a major financial institution.


Executive presence is key. The Technical Program Manager will keep Tech leadership and domain leaders appraised and up to date with progress, risks and issues and focus on delivery excellence.

This role will operate at the enterprise level, coordinating cross-domain technology teams—including Application, Cloud/PaaS, Data, Network, and Security—to build and execute an integrated master plan. The TPM will ensure alignment across engineering and delivery leadership, maintain executive visibility into progress and risks, and drive disciplined execution across the program.
