UPON START DATE CONSULTANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE INITIALLY. ONCE WORK CAPABILITY IS ESTABLISHED, CONSULTANT WILL BE ALLOWED TO WORK A HYBRID REMOTE SCHEDULE CONSISTING OF 3 DAYS ONSITE/ 2 DAYS REMOTE.

Summary

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive compliance with NYS and Federal mandates.

You must have proven program and technical experience delivering enterprise-scale IAM and cybersecurity initiatives in a hybrid Agile Scrum/Six Sigma environment.

This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, data-driven execution, and stakeholder communication.

You'll be embedded in the IAM organization and lead cross-functional efforts that secure identities, improve visibility, and drive operational maturity.

You will be creating risk reports and present them to senior leadership.
