Technical Program Manager (Microsoft Suite Experience)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to work on site in Guadalajara, Mexico for a multicultural project with stability and growth in the short, medium and long term.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Program Management

- Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

- Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.

- proactive and able to catch signals and insights before the incident

Data Analysis & Modeling

- Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

- Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
