+ Experience across all phases of a product development from prototype to mass production to end of life.
+ Experience working on hardware engineering or manufacturing engineering teams.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience in the consumer hardware industry.
