+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience with Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) or circuit board design.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience shipping high-volume and high-quality products.
+ Experience with consumer electronics.
+ Ability to guide technical teams, cross-functional groups and vendors.
+ Ability to travel internationally as needed.
