We are looking for a
bilingual (English–Spanish) Technical Program Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and implementation of strategic programs across Latin America.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze program objectives and requirements.
• Identify internal stakeholders and ensure proper organizational support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Define project schedules, timelines, and required resources.
• Lead implementation teams and oversee configuration and change management.
• Track project progress, ensuring accurate documentation and milestone compliance.
• Manage risks, scope deviations, and conflict resolution in high-pressure environments.
• Ensure smooth transition and documentation for maintenance and support teams.
