We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Role Title: Program Technical Owner –Varicent Modernization & Compensation Data Platform
Positions: 1
Start: ASAP
Delivery Model: Offshore-first with strong cross-timezone collaboration (US + India) and engagement with Europe stakeholders
Program Context:  Bank compensation modernization program moving logic + data stitching upstream into an enterprise-owned Payments Data Platform to reduce dependency on Varicent’s rigid/expensive data model.
