Overview
SPSCS is hiring a high-energy, execution-focused Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master to lead a large-scale migration from a low-code production system to a full-stack enterprise SaaS platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will drive clarity, velocity, and accountability across an offshore engineering team and an onshore Tech Lead while ensuring a smooth transition for a client-heavy, production application.
We need someone who moves fast, removes ambiguity, owns delivery, and has successfully led complex data and system migrations without disrupting live environments.
This is not a passive coordination role. This is execution leadership.
