ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Engineering function is responsible for all engineering activities within the firm to ensure that business objectives are met, including the design, development, and improvement of products, platforms, services, standards, and procedures across engineering disciplines. The Program Management area leads teams, typically cross-functional and technical, to achieve project and program goals. This role partners with engineering and technical stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control initiatives, managing scope, resources, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and other constraints. The Program Management focus specializes in the delivery of significant technical initiatives such as infrastructure and cloud modernization, SaaS/platform enablement, systems and network engineering improvements, database and data-platform initiatives, automation, and operational maturity.
