**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience using automation or custom scripting to eliminate project management toil.
+ Experience in the AI/ML model development lifecycle and evaluation methodologies.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Familiarity with risk modeling or AI agents to manage program dependencies.
+ Demonstrated success driving alignment across complex, multi-pillar organizations.
