The Business Resilience team, within the Operational Excellence Solutions group, creates an integrated approach to business resilience and leads the corporation in implementing sound strategies to meet recovery time objectives approved by the board of directors, including a unified message on formal customer queries. A Technical Program Manager works with leaders and subject matter experts to align responses to customer queries pertaining to regulations, sustainability, and risk mitigations at Lam.
