Job Responsibilities

This position will be based in Bengaluru and will report directly to the Supplier Quality Manager in India. It involves close collaboration with supplier and global stakeholders, including those in Supply Chain, Product Group, and Manufacturing. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to oversee our global Quality Assurance operations. The role is responsible for managing and executing programs like IQA, FAIR, QMS audits, he will be driving continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and ensuring the achievement of Quality metrics across our global operations. 

  • Manage and coordinate IQA activities across multiple global locations (including Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, and the US).
  • Oversee and execute the FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) process to validate the quality of first production parts.
