Technical Program Management Office (PMO) - Specialist Professional

Drive the operational deployment of critical business practices and KPIs across Energy Management Systems and Services Business Schneider Electric with main focus on Projects Portfolio Management, Solution / Project Governance deployment and Processes and global tools deployment. 

• Monitor Projects pipeline portfolio, analyse the performance and identify improvement actions focusing complex opportunities and projects                       
• Animate Solution Projects review meetings. Ensure its Escalations meetings are conducted on regular (weekly/ monthly) basis, including cadence & invitations, Minutes of Meeting (MoM) & Action Tracker.  Liaise with Regional Manager in the preparation and escalation of the opportunities requires regional review.
• Analyse Projects Dashboards (CPO Dashboard), bringing visibility of Top 10 Projects, KPI's evolution from available tools.
