Technical Program Lead - 127142 Description

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery is aligned to Roadmap:
  • Ensure effective collaboration across multiple squads and work is aligned to deliver the product roadmap and achieve outcomes.
  • Ensure all work is transparent and well managed.
  • Provide an escalation point when and where necessary, to facilitate effective delivery as well as removing impediments for the team.
  • Build, manage and execute Quarterly Plan
  • Resource Engagement and Procurement:
  • Ensure all required people (technology and business) in product and platform teams are engaged and procured in line with stakeholder expectations and Bupa processes, maintaining a proactive approach to resource management.
  • Regular Reporting on Delivery and flow Metrics:
  • Utilise agile and lean delivery metrics ( cycle time, lead time, throughput) and health metrics (engagement, quality, risk) to pr...
