Technical Professional - Manufacturing (System Support)

Job Duties

• Under general supervision, assist in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
• Prepare design calculations and specifications.
• Develop test procedures, conduct tests and complete test result analysis for assigned projects.
• Assist in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services.
• Incorporate Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain manufacturing systems applications, operational technology (OT) networks, and IoT devices.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of critical systems.
