Technical Product Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to provide global technical leadership in resolving critical customer issues and driving product excellence for the Chemical Metrology Division (CMD).

• In this position, you will serve as the technical voice of the customer, supporting field issue resolution, product upgrades, technical training, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
• You will work closely with Global Service, Product Marketing, Engineering, R&D, and regional Sales and Service organizations to ensure customer success and contribute to next-generation product development.
