The Senior IT Product Owner for the Next Best Action (NBA) Decision Intelligence Platform owns the product backlog and roadmap for an AI-powered personalized outreach platform serving Medicare Advantage members across omnichannel touchpoints. This person is the connective tissue between business strategy, data capabilities, and activation channels, translating complex cross-functional dependencies into sequenced, deliverable increments of value.
**What You'll Own**
+ Product backlog and roadmap - prioritize features across AI decisioning, data pipelines, and channel activation in close collaboration with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
+ Data dependency management - partner with data engineering teams to ensure the right member signals (clinical, behavioral, web activity, socioeconomic) are flowing into our Databricks Lakehouse to support model training and scoring
