Job Description

This technical role focuses on the delivery of AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions within TD's AI research center, Layer 6. The Technical Product Owner leads cross‑functional teams to build and deploy production‑grade AI systems that impact customers and support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams of machine learning scientists, engineers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver production‑grade AI solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify, refine, and sometimes reject opportunities to build machine learning products, collaborating with risk, technology, and model risk management functions.
• Translate business objectives into technically feasible AI/ML solutions and articulate trade‑offs related to architecture, implementation complexity, scalability, risk, and model performance.
