Technical Product Manager (TPM)

Responsible for leading the evolution of technology platforms, driving high-impact initiatives, and bridging business, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision, strategy, and roadmap of technological platforms.
  • Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of product, engineering, and architecture.
  • Manage adoption, usage, and impact metrics.
  • Prioritize backlog and evolve MVPs.
  • Facilitate decision-making based on data.
  • Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalability and sustainability of solutions.
  • Manage stakeholders and align business needs with technological capabilities.
