Job Summary

We are seeking a
Technical Product Designer
to own the vision and specification for our critical internal platforms. You will be responsible for transforming high-level business problems into validated, executable product plans. By combining deep user discovery, data analysis, and rapid functional prototyping using AI tools, you will create 'living specifications' that eliminate ambiguity for engineers and ensure we build what the business actually needs.

This role is the essential bridge between our operations teams and our engineering squad. You won't just design screens; you will own the product definition from discovery to functional prototype, ensuring every feature is grounded in real user needs and technical reality.
