Tasks and responsibility
- Compose and write user information, e.g. manuals.
- Proactively obtain the necessary information from the engineer, customer and/or end user.
- Understand technical constructions/machines in outline and transform technical information into guidance that meet end user requirements
- Apply documentation style, terminology guidelines and DITA content model.
- Transform technical specifications and inputs into guidance that meet end user requirements/needs
- Review and assess the quality of work from colleagues to secure and share knowledge.
- Ability to identify, manage, and/or escalate issues and risks to timelines.
- Master your personal planning, provide accurate feedback on progress, status, and planning.
